As in other wineries, most of our activity is focused on production. Bringing grapes to the winery, crushing them, fermenting, straining, aging – all the fascinating processes that must take place before the wine reaches the bottle and the goblet. We also operate a visitors center where our activities are no less fascinating.

During Passover, Gush Etzion Winery offers tours of the visitors center.
