Maccabim Family Race

This Hanukkah, come run along Derech HaAvot with the whole family in the Maccabim Race – 2 km, 4 km, or 8 km!

Pre-registration is required. All events will be held per the “Tav Hasagol” (purple mark) guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and will depend on the weather.

When? Wednesday, Rosh Chodesh Tevet, 16.12.20, from 8:00 to 16:00

Where? Starting from the entrance to Derech HaAvot (near Neve Daniel)

Cost: 15 NIS per participant | 60 NIS per group (four or more participants)

Families and groups who earn first-place medals: WIN a T-Shirt for each participant, a magnet picture, and more!

Hanukkah Heritage Site Celebration

Enjoy a variety of virtual online tours and activities exploring heritage sites and major events relating to Hanukkah from all across the country, including Gush Etzion!

The virtual event highlighting Gush Etzion will take place on Monday, 14.12 on the battle of Beit Zechariah, connecting the ancient battle to modern day settlement in Gush Etzion.

In collaboration with the Karmei Tzur community, Brigadier General Etzion, Gush Etzion Regional Council and Kfar Etzion School

Date: Tuesday, 29 Kislev (15.12), from 21:15-23:15

Meeting point: Karmei Tzur Center, from there a bus ride to and from Beit Tzur.
End point: Karmei Tzur Center.
