Meshek 48 is located on pastoral Kibbutz Rosh Tzurim.
We offer a wide variety of culinary workshops, celebrating Israeli food culture. Some options are: Bedazzled Focaccia Workshop, Jerusalem Beigel From Pita to Falafel, Sambusak, and our popular Farm to Pizza workshop. Our workshops range from family-friendly to technical. Reservations are required.
We also operate a quaint coffee shop on the premises from Sunday-Thursday from 8am-3pm. Along with coffee and pastries, we have a beautifully curated shop to enjoy.
Our space is also used for pop up events, private events and family celebrations.
