This cafe, located in Gevaot, overlooks a vista of forested hills.
It was built by Shiluv students, who operate it every Friday between 10:00 and 13:00. During the week you must make reservations ahead of time.
The cafe offers tea, coffee, snacks, and baked goods.
The Shiluv project in Gush Etzion helps special needs students who have “fallen between the cracks.” Many of them need help beyond what the education system can provide. They are termed “slow,” “autistic,” “learning disabled,” or simply “problematic.” With suitable assistance, some of them can be integrated into other scholastic frameworks, while others need the remedial help provided by Shiluv.
